Summary

Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2022 MC20 vehicles. The brake lights may malfunction by unintentionally flickering due to faulty rear tail lights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.”

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and replace the tail lights, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 3, 2022. Owners may contact Maserati customer service at 1-877-696-2737. Maserati’s number for this recall is 501.
